Why is good help so hard to find?!

Wow!! I had no I idea how hard it would be to find good help. I mean, everyone calls saying they "need a Job" and how "hard they will work for you" and so on and so on - then come to find out, they don't know how to do anything they say they can! Then they leave for lunch one day and never come back! OR send a text to tell you they don't like the job! I guess that's why I own my own company... I just had to share that with someone, I just feel very let down.
